What We Do

This assessment focusses specifically on Autism and ADHD and includes a 2-3 hour telehealth session using the MIGDAS-2 and DIVA-5, online questionnaires, and informant questionnaires as needed.

Choice of assessment with summary letter or report made when booking, booking can be made online or via email/phone.

$1200 assessment with summary letter only - best for self-identification or some workplace/educational accommodations where only diagnosis is required

$2000 assessment with report - best for those wanting further information to refer back to, or those wishing to apply for NDIS (though successful access unable to be guaranteed) 

Optional Clinical Psychologist review and co-sign of report, plus support needs summary for additional $400 (can be discussed and decided post assessment with report)

For teens (13+) who are wanting to explore their neurotype and are comfortable discussing online. This assessment focusses specifically on Autism and ADHD and includes a parent/caregiver only session for background information, 2-3 hour telehealth session with the teen using the MIGDAS-2 and Young DIVA-5, online questionnaires, a thorough report, diagnosis if applicable, and feedback session.

$2200 total - available to book online now

We provide collaborative assessments for adolescents (aged 14+) and adults that is tailored to suit the needs of each client. This extended assessment allows for a more comprehensive investigation into neurodivergence, trauma, personality disorders, eating disorders, or dissociation, depending on client's needs.

Assessments range from $2000 to $2800 depending on need determined during intake session ($250) - please feel free to contact us if you would like more information or to book an intake

$230 private pay / private health

$230 Medicare (with $98.95 rebated separately for up to 10 sessions per calendar year under a GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan).

$232.99 NDIS rates for plan-managed or self-managed participants.

$140 private pay / some private health providers

$156.15 NDIS rates for plan-managed or self-managed participants.

Please note: Medicare and some private health rebates are not available for sessions with provisional psychologists. GP referrals are only required for Medicare-eligible sessions (not needed to see a provisional psychologist or for any private pay psychology sessions), and you're welcome to contact us first to check availability or any next steps needed.

Haylea is a Board Approved Supervisor with special interest in neuroaffirming assessments and supporting neurodivergent clinicians. 

Currently offering either one off or adhoc secondary supervision.

$230 p/h, plus GST for relevant parties.
